Using Offline AI Chat
These terms govern the app and website provided by Neu Software LLC. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the applicable model licenses. Use the service only if you can enter into this agreement under applicable law, and follow any app-store age requirements. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Private testing and availability
Offline AI Chat is currently in private testing. Public App Store and Google Play downloads are coming soon. Test builds may include automatic local sign-in and complimentary Offline Plus access. Complimentary test access is not a purchase or a promise of permanent access to future paid features. Features, supported devices and model availability may change as testing progresses.
Local AI and its limitations
Downloaded models generate replies on your device. Replies can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or unsuitable. Review them before relying on or sharing them, especially for important decisions. The service is not a substitute for qualified professional advice. Device memory, available storage, operating-system limits and battery conditions affect performance; compatibility estimates are not guarantees.
Models and third-party licenses
Each model is supplied under its publisher’s license, linked in the catalog. Those licenses may set additional use, redistribution and commercial restrictions. Offline Plus describes access to curated downloads in this app; it does not give us ownership of public model weights or replace their licenses. Community and abliterated models are experimental and may behave differently from their base models.
Your content and acceptable use
You retain the rights you hold in your inputs and outputs, subject to applicable law and third-party rights. We do not claim ownership of your conversations. You are responsible for content you use, generate and share. Do not use the service to facilitate illegal activity, exploitation, abuse, fraud, infringement, or interference with the service. Do not bypass account or payment protections or misuse support forms.
Accounts and purchases
Where accounts are enabled, provide accurate information and protect your access credentials. Third-party sign-in is subject to the provider’s terms. Where paid plans become available, the store will show the price, billing period and renewal terms before purchase. Manage subscriptions, cancellations and applicable refunds through the store where you subscribed. Deleting an app account does not automatically cancel a store subscription. Previously downloaded models remain usable locally, subject to their licenses and device compatibility.
Local storage and deletion
You are responsible for preserving information you want to keep. Deleting a model, clearing history or uninstalling the app can permanently remove local files. Export conversations first if needed. We cannot recover files that never reached our server. Our Privacy policy explains connected features, and our deletion page explains account and local-data options.
Changes, responsibility and your legal rights
We may maintain, change or discontinue features, and may restrict connected access when needed to protect the service or comply with law. We aim to provide a reliable service, but do not promise uninterrupted operation or error-free AI output. To the extent permitted by law, the test service is provided as available. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits mandatory consumer rights, or overrides rights under applicable privacy law.
